Anxiety thrives when it stays trapped in your mind; through gentle, guided prompts, we will practice moving that internal noise onto the screen where it loses its power. Over these three weekly sessions, you will: • Learn to safely externalise the noise and look at your thoughts objectively. • Use logical writing prompts to separate real threats from imagined worst-case scenarios. • Build a personalised toolkit of practical coping statements to handle anxiety whenever it strikes. By the end of our time together, you will leave with a handful of reliable, repeatable writing tools you can use anytime in the future to reclaim your peace of mind, alongside your own private journal entries mapping out your journey to clarity.
